Job summary

A leading audiovisual solutions company is seeking a Sales Representative in Singapore to prepare customized sales pitches and manage client relationships. The role requires a minimum of a diploma and communication skills in Mandarin. Responsibilities include submitting weekly sales reports and resolving customer issues, particularly with existing contracts. Sales experience in the AV industry will be an added advantage. Training will be provided. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Diploma.
  • Able to speak Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speakers.
  • Relevant sales experience in AV industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present sales pitches to customers.
  • Submit weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Manage issues escalated by existing customers.
  • Maintain client relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with finance on billing and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Sales pitch and present proposal customized to individual customer requirements for both renewal and new services business
  • Submit weekly Sales report to Services Sales Manager on the renewal listing
  • Resolve existing maintenance contract customers’ issues when escalated from internal stakeholders to maintain trust between customer and the company
  • Manage and maintain healthy client relationships with existing key accounts
  • Work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments
