The Opportunity:
  • Fully WFH
  • Work Hours: Mon to Fri
  • $7000 - $10,000 Basic + 30% to 40% SIP

The Job:
  • Drive business growth by developing customers strategically, building strong relationships, making regular sales calls, and serving as the main contact for all projects.
  • Collaborate with sales support to create tailored value propositions and quotations for new projects, retrofits, and enhancements, escalating to RSM/GM where needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles, opportunities, and forecasts in the ERP system, while reporting on lost orders, competitor wins, and overall sales performance.
  • Coordinate with customer support on installations, start-ups, troubleshooting, and service projects, while monitoring and reporting any product quality issues.
The Talent:
  • Degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline
  • 6 - 10 years of sales experience in injection molding, plastics, robotics, 3D printing or additive manufacturing
