Job summary

A leading global provider of data center solutions is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager in Singapore to drive strategic growth across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on managing and expanding key accounts with a strong emphasis on solution selling, relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the data center industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. Candidates must be fluent in English and willing to travel regionally.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of key account management or business development within the data center industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally across South-East Asia (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts in the region.
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and KPIs through effective sales planning.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and innovation.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely renewals.
  • Work closely with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

This is a high-impact role focused on managing and expanding key accounts within the data center vertical, with a strong emphasis on solution selling, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Products: Power distribution, Cable Management, Connectivity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Leadership:
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts in the region, developing tailored strategies to grow revenue and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Sales Growth & Execution:
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and KPIs through effective sales planning, CRM management (Salesforce), and proactive lead generation.
  • Cross-Selling & Innovation:
  • Promote a diverse portfolio of infrastructure solutions across existing and new accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and innovation.
  • Contract & Relationship Management:
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensure timely renewals, and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the account lifecycle.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, customer service) and global account teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of key account management or business development within the data center industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, or Business.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally across South-East Asia (up to 50%)
