Be a vital force in OCBC’s evolution. As an HR Transformation Specialist, you’ll contribute directly to shaping a more efficient and impactful Human Resources function. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Documenting the impact of HR changes and gathering stakeholder feedback.
• Creating engaging communication materials like guides and presentations.
• Coordinating events and workshops to support HR transformation.
• Supporting the Program Ascent Phase 2 project to enhance talent and performance management.
• Contributing to process improvements and proactive problem-solving.

• A recent graduate from Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Demonstrate a creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
