A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. The role involves providing solutions and advice related to staffing, employee relations, and talent management. Candidates should have a degree in Human Resource Management and at least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering. Strong people management and an understanding of the Employment Act are essential. The position offers an opportunity to influence HR strategies and processes within the organization.
HR Business Partner provides solutions and advice to internal customers on areas relating to staffing, employee relations and engagement, talent management as well as reviewing HR policies and processes.
Communicate, co-operate and collaborate with respective Business Units, their functional managers and their staff to enhance individual and team effectiveness, as well as assist the local HR team in the on-going improvement, development and implementation of the HR strategy and processes within Singapore operations.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
