Job summary
A financial services start-up is seeking an HR Manager to support the CEO in establishing the HR function. The role involves managing recruitment, performance processes, payroll, and HRIS. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in HR. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work at both operational and strategic levels, fostering alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.
- Experience in a start-up or fast-growing environment.
- Ability to align HR with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Design and implement performance management processes.
- Oversee annual bonus calculation and salary reviews.
- Coordinate payroll and administer benefits.
- Maintain the HRIS system.
