Candidates should have at least an A’level or Diploma, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers a 3-month contract with defined working hours.

Responsibilities
Maintain training records and assist in tracking training effectiveness and compliance with mandatory training requirements (e.g. BCLS/ACLS)
Assist in the coordination and registration of external training programs.
Communicate training schedules clearly and promptly to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and ease of registration.
Process and track training-related invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Support implementation of HR projects and initiatives as assigned
