Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an HR Assistant cum Admin to handle payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with employment regulations. The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of HR experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This permanent role offers a salary of up to $3500, AWS, bonus, and 14 days of annual leave, with a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Job description
  • Position : HR Assistant cum Admin (Payroll, CPF, IRAS /Pass Application) - EAST
  • Location : Loyang Crescent (Company Bus Pickup location - Ang Mio Kio MRT, Hougang Ave 2, Pasir Ris MRT and Pasir Ris Street 1)
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM (5 Working days)
  • Salary : Up to $3500 + AWS + Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, claims, and statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A, MOM).
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, work pass administration, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with the Employment Act and all regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance policies, and HR-related contracts.
  • Manage office and workshop facilities, including supplies, maintenance contracts, and leases.
  • Support compliance with health, safety, ISO, and other certification standards.
  • Provide general administrative support, including travel arrangements and documentation.
Requirements
  • 2 years experience in administrative and HR roles.
  • Familiar with employment laws, rules and procedures (Employment Act, CPF, IRAS).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel and Word).
