Job summary

A leading restaurant in Singapore is looking for an HR professional to manage staff databases, payroll, and employee inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Human Resource Management, at least 2 years of experience preferably in the F&B industry, and a solid understanding of employment law. Responsibilities include handling payroll, leave records, and liaising with brand managers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across different levels.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • F&B industry experience preferred.

  • Administer and update staff’s database on a timely basis.
  • Monthly payroll using time software.
  • Verify MHC invoice for medical check-ups and claims.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Administer and update staff’s database on a timely basis (Times Soft)
  • Update E-cirtrix e-portal and MHC e-portal for staff movement.
  • Verify MHC invoice for Medical check-up and medical claim
  • Checking schedule for staff attendance.
  • Update halal team list for halal outlets
  • Monthly payroll using time software.
  • Respond to and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
  • Liaise closely with brand managers on schedule, leave applications and staff matters
  • Keep track of all employees’ leave records (AL, Sick leave) and updated to Timesoft
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and other related human resource reports
  • Manage all the workmen injury compensation claims and medical claims
  • Prepare staff appraisal form for staff confirmation
  • Prepare and issue birthday vouchers to staff
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • F&B industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge in employment law and work pass related matter
  • Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and strong in both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate well across all the levels
