The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing a future-ready marketing organisation that integrates brand management, growth strategy, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and community-building — while continuing to optimise existing performance channels. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive sustainable user growth and revenue expansion. The decisions made in this role will directly influence the company’s growth, over the next 3–5 years.
What You’ll Lead
- Build and scaleconsumer lifecycle & retentioncapabilities
- Own full-funnel marketing across brand, growth, lifecycle and performance
- Driveuser growth, experimentation, and growth loops
- Define and elevatebrand strategy, positioning, and storytelling
- LeadGTM strategyfor new features, products, and revenue lines
- Lead integrated brand and acquisition campaigns across digital and offline
- Manage marketing budget, forecasting, channel ROI and measurement frameworks
- Mentor and develop high-performing marketing team
- Build new capabilities: Growth, brand, lifecycle. affiliate/ influencer
- Developviral, affiliate, influencer & community marketingengines
- Strengthen CRM segmentation, automation, and lifecycle journeys
- Oversee paid marketing, SEO, social, and omnichannel campaigns
- Partner closely with Product, Data, Sales, Media, and Editorial teams
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Must-Haves
- 8+ years in marketing, ideally intech, platforms, e-commerce, or marketplaces
- Strongmartech and analyticsskillset (CRM, CDP, automation, attribution, GA4, funnels, cohorts)
- Proven success inuser acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Hands-on experience withlifecycle marketingand growth frameworks
- Strongbrand strategy and creative storytellingcapabilities
- Experience leadingGTMfor product/features
- Ability tocoach, mentor, and upskillmarketing teams
- Strong cross-functional collaboration withProduct, Data, Sales, Media, Editorial
- Experience managing budgets, ROI, and performance across channels
- Strong track record building new functions from scratch(growth, lifecycle, brand, affiliate, influencer)
