The Role

We are hiring a Head of Marketing & Growthto lead our global marketing function and drive the next phase of Muslim Pro’sgrowth. You will lead a talented, multi-disciplinary team of 14 professionals,overseeing all aspects of marketing including Brand, PR, Performance Marketing,SEO, ASO, Lifecycle Communications, Market Research, and a centralized Designteam.

As part of the senior leadership team, youwill be responsible for stewarding the brand, driving sustainable user growth,and deepening engagement across our entire product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Growth
  • Define and execute the marketingstrategy to deliver on company-level KPIs: Installs, Organic Growth and BrandHealth.
  • Partner closely with Product,Content, Business Development, and Engineering teams to drive user activationand retention.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy anduser adoption for new product verticals and work with Business Leads to ensurea holistic view of the user journey across the ecosystem.
  • Own annual Ramadan strategy andevergreen engagement plans.
2. Performance Marketing, SEO & ASO
  • Own the performance marketingstrategy and budget across platforms (Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTokand others)
  • Drive CPI, ROAS and creativeeffectiveness through structured experimentation.
  • Lead SEO-first content and ASOstrategies to grow organic traffic, storefront conversion and keyword rankings.
3. Brand, Communications & Community
  • Own Muslim Pro’s global brandpositioning, narrative, and governance across all user touchpoints andverticals.
  • Lead PR, media relations, crisiscommunications and reputation management for the brand and key executives.
  • Oversee content marketing andsocial media strategy to strengthen brand sentiment, deepen communityengagement, drive product usage and support seasonal priorities.
  • Oversee the production andapproval of all brand, marketing, and communication materials (print, digital,in-app, corporate assets).
4. Creative, Insights & MarketingOperations
  • Oversee the centralised Designteam to ensure high-quality, efficient creative support across the company.
  • Lead Market Research to plan,execute, and distribute insights on market trends, user behaviour, andcompetitive analysis.
  • Build tracking systems,dashboards, and review cadences to monitor marketing performance across allchannels.
5. Team, Operations & Budget Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and grow afull-funnel marketing team across multiple functions and markets.
  • Manage the annual marketingbudget, ensuring disciplined spending, ROI optimization, and accurateforecasting.
  • Foster a culture of data literacy,testing and shared accountability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience inmobile, digital, or consumer product marketing, with proven leadership ofmulti-disciplinary teams.
  • Hands-on experience in performancemarketing, SEO and ASO, and growth experimentation.
  • Strong background in brandmanagement, public relations, and media engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to createintegrated marketing plans and manage large, multi-market budgets.
  • Experience overseeing bothcreative production and marketing operations (processes, tooling, tracking).
  • Clear communicator with strongwriting and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multipleprojects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience collaborating withProduct, Engineering, and Business Development teams
  • Comfortable navigating culturalnuance and user needs within a global Muslim audience.
