A growing startup in Singapore is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead its marketing strategy and drive user growth. We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who can own growth end-to-end. Strategy matters, but execution matters more. You’ll be deciding what to try, what to kill, and what to double down on.
You’ll work directly with the founder and have real influence on where the company goes.
Figure out how we actually grow users (and then do it)
Run paid ads, test channels, optimise funnels
Shape the brand voice, tone, and positioning
Build organic traction (content, partnerships, communities, PR)
Look at numbers, spot patterns, and move fast
Help hire or manage marketing help when needed
Prepare us to scale beyond Singapore
Someone who has grown users or brands before (startup or not)
Comfortable with uncertainty and imperfect information
Knows both performance marketing and storytelling
Data-aware, but not allergic to intuition
Doesn’t wait to be told what to do
Bonus: experience with apps, marketplaces, or consumer products
Clear ownership of marketing and growth
