The Role

We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who can own growth end-to-end. Strategy matters, but execution matters more. You’ll be deciding what to try, what to kill, and what to double down on.

You’ll work directly with the founder and have real influence on where the company goes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Figure out how we actually grow users (and then do it)

  • Run paid ads, test channels, optimise funnels

  • Shape the brand voice, tone, and positioning

  • Build organic traction (content, partnerships, communities, PR)

  • Look at numbers, spot patterns, and move fast

  • Help hire or manage marketing help when needed

  • Prepare us to scale beyond Singapore

What We’re Looking For
  • Someone who has grown users or brands before (startup or not)

  • Comfortable with uncertainty and imperfect information

  • Knows both performance marketing and storytelling

  • Data-aware, but not allergic to intuition

  • Doesn’t wait to be told what to do

  • Bonus: experience with apps, marketplaces, or consumer products
