Senior Construction Lead — High-Rise Projects
Job summary
A leading construction and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to manage various construction projects. The role involves overseeing piling, excavation, and architecture work, ensuring safety and compliance, and leading a team of technical staff. The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in civil engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years managing projects, primarily in HDB building. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Min 10 years of civil engineering experience, including 5 years managing a construction team.
- Experience in HDB building projects.
- Well-versed in construction sequence and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage Piling, Excavation, ERSS, RC, and Architecture work.
- Develop program of work and strategy for the project.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Control and monitor work progress and resources.
- Lead a team of technical staff in daily operations.
