• Source and purchase construction materials
• Identify suppliers, evaluate performance, maintain vendor relationships,and ensure quality standards
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders; ensure accuracy and alignmentwith project requirements.
• Coordinate transportation, delivery schedules, and resolve delays ordiscrepancies.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, finance, and sitesupervisors to align procurement with project timelines.
• Maintain procurement records, ensure adherence to company policies, andsupport audits.
• Maintains a network of professional contacts in orderto discover new opportunities for good deals on orders
• To manage and develop the existing and potentialsupplier pool and update the Approved Vendor List.
• Familiar with SQL
• Familiar with Malaysia suppliers

• Advance Microsoft Excel applications.
