Job summary

A leading urban farming company in Singapore is looking for a driven Sales Executive to help expand market presence and drive business growth. You will engage with both B2B and wet market channels, building relationships and managing sales pipelines. The ideal candidate will have relevant education or experience in sales within FMCG or fresh produce. The role offers a basic salary of SGD 1,600 - SGD 1,800, high commission, and additional benefits including transport allowance and accommodation.

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience, ideally in FMCG, F&B, or fresh produce.
  • Familiarity with the local vegetable or F&B market is an advantage.
  • English required; Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Find and contact new customers and follow up on leads.
  • Build and manage a steady sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Develop relationships with wet market sellers, small retailers, and local shops.
  • Close sales and meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Comfortable using basic computer tools (Excel, Word, CRM systems)

We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to help expand our market presence, develop strong customer relationships, and drive business growth in both B2B and wet market channels.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the face of MEOD — growing our presence across Singapore’s B2B and wet market channels. You’ll work directly with customers, from hotels and restaurants to traditional market stalls, helping them access the freshest produce available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Find and contact new customers and follow up on leads
  • Build and manage a steady sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Develop relationships with wet market sellers, small retailers, and local shops
  • Handle high-volume, low-value sales efficiently
  • Manage and grow B2B customers such as hotels, restaurants, and distributors
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and grow accounts
  • Close sales and meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth order planning and delivery
Who We’re Looking For
  • Secondary education or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior sales experience, ideally in FMCG, F&B, or fresh produce (experience level is flexible)
  • Familiarity with the local vegetable or F&B market is an advantage
  • English required; Chinese is an advantage
