Job summary
A human resources consultancy in Singapore is seeking a motivated HR Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of HR functions, including payroll processing and recruitment. Responsibilities include managing the full cycle of recruitment and maintaining HR records. Ideal candidates require a Diploma or Degree in HR Management and 1–2 years of HR experience. This role offers a dynamic work environment and a competitive salary up to $3,500.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of HR experience essential, generalist experience preferred.
- Familiar with local employment regulations and payroll processes.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy.
- Manage full cycle of recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR reports.
- Provide support in HR policies and employee engagement activities.
- Act as a contact point for employee enquiries.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. This is a HR generalist role where you will be involved in a broad range of HR functions, including payroll processing, recruitment, and day-to-day HR operations. - Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR reports
- Provide support in HR policies, employee engagement activities, and general HR administrative tasks
- Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 1–2 years of HR experience (generalist experience is an advantage)
- Familiar with local employment regulations and payroll processes
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
