Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage billing and collections. You will verify and reconcile financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and handle inter-company transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounting, a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, and be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Fluency in English is required and knowledge of SAP Business One is preferred.

  • Proficient in English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Verification and reconciliation of centres billings and collections.
  • Perform reconciliation of accounts receivables monthly.

Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Verification and reconciliation of centres billings and collections.
  • Recognise, record and reconcile centres revenue and ensure the recording are in accordance to accounting standard and best practices.
  • Perform reconciliation of accounts receivables on monthly basis.
  • Checking and processing of monthly refund to customers.
  • Recording of monthly sale billings, receipts and refunds and ensure timely and accurate recording.
  • Work closely with operations team and centres on billing, collection and refund processes.
  • Handle inter-company billings and settlements
  • Participate and support process and system improvement
  • Assist in annual audit process.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
  • Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, remuneration commensurate with experience
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, highly adaptable
  • Hands-on, able to multi-task, work independently and in a team
  • Effective communication and written skills in English (a must) and Chinese (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One is preferred
