Customer Service Executive (Air) - Up to $2,700 – $3,000 +VB + AWS
Provides front line service to customers by booking cargo shipments into the tracking system. Handles and resolves customer complaints and special air shipping requirements and answers customer questions regarding products or services.
Must have an understanding of computer systems, internet applications and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience is required in sales, customer service or an operational coordination role in transportation, freight forwarding and/or air cargo transport industry.
