Basic Salary: $2800 - $3500 (subjected to work experience)

Job responsibilities
  • Identify and follow up new business opportunities in various sectors.
  • Prepare proposals, quotation, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research on potential clients and market trends.
  • Support recruitment and work pass processes, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and application assistance.
  • Coordinate with clients on their staffing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support smooth execution of recruitment and business development activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Executive Director, such as preparing meeting notes and managing follow-ups.
  • Help with internal meetings and company activities.
  • Handle documents and information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Keen interest in driving business growth within the HR sector.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, sales support, or administrative support is advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen and sales driven.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Singapore manpower and employment regulations is a plus.
Working hours

9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
