Overview

AMACHA is looking for a dedicated HR Executive to support daily HR operations. You will assist in recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, training coordination, and compliance with Singapore employment laws. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and keen to grow their HR career in the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment, job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support payroll processing, leave administration, and statutory submissions.
  • Handle employee queries, engagement activities, and welfare initiatives.
  • Coordinate training programs and track employee development.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and supporting audits/inspections.
  • Ensure workplace safety and HR compliance across outlets.
What We’re Looking for
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of HR experience (F&B or service industry preferred).
