Job summary
A company in the events and HR sector in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive/Accounts Assistant for a 1-year contract. Responsibilities include daily accounting functions, managing AR and AP functions, and ensuring data accuracy in the SAP system. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting and possess strong experience in accounts payable. A bus shuttle service is provided. Competitive salary with a 1-month bonus upon contract completion.

Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operational functions.
- Perform verification with vendors on information changes.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting data in SAP system.
Skills
Education
- 5 days work week - 8am till 530pm
- Location: West
- Bus Shuttle Service Provided
- 1 month bonus upon completion of contract
- Contract extension subject to business needs and performance
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operational functions
- Responsible for AR & AP functions
- Perform verification with vendors on change of vendors information
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting data and transaction in SAP system
- Assist in banking and treasury function
- Perform month end and year end closing of accounts
- Perform administrative and coordination work for finance department
- Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Pre-requisites:
- Only Singaporeans
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
- Candidates with strong AP experience will have added advantage
- Ability to learn and adapt
- Conversant in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in SAP
