Position: Sales Executive

Location: Singapore

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off every two weeks

Compensation: High commission rate with additional allowances based on experience and vehicle ownership

Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Futurahaus Pte Ltd, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving growth and expanding our market reach. Your primary duties will include:

• Proactively reaching out to potential clients through cold-calling and door-knocking initiatives.
• We are expanding our market presence by identifying and targeting new opportunities.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Providing expert advice and product presentations to clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Generating weekly sales progress reports and gathering field insights.

Job Requirements:

• Only SINGAPOREAN may apply
• Willingness to travel around Singapore as needed.
• Ability to effectively communicate with contractors, business owners, interior designers, and architects.
• Willingness to visit construction sites to provide smart home consultations and advice.
• Strong communication and initiative-taking skills.
• Ideally, 1 year of relevant sales experience (though not required).
• Possession of a vehicle is preferred and will be rewarded with higher vehicle allowances.
