A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee departmental projects and work plans. The role involves budgeting, policy reviews, and providing supervision to the Security team. Ideal candidates will have a degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and communication skills. Supervisory experience is a must.
You will plan, formulate and execute departmental projects and work plans as well as monitor performance against set targets. You will perform budgeting, conduct policy review, and implement initiatives. In addition, you will provide supervision, coaching and training to Security team to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
