This role involves processing sales orders, managing inventory, and performing clerical tasks. - Process daily sales orders, purchase orders and posting of invoices.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain inventory records.
- Process expense claim reimbursement.
- Answer incoming phone calls and enquiries.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing and scanning of documents.
- Assist in sourcing of goods using online platforms.

- Process daily sales orders, purchase orders and posting of invoices
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain inventory records
- Process expense claim reimbursement
- Answer incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing and scanning of documents
- Assist in sourcing of goods using online platform like Shopee, Taobao
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Possess Nitec / GCE ‘O’ level qualification
- Meticulous and detail oriented. Friendly disposition
- Location: 120 Pioneer Road #03-03 Singapore 639597 (5 minutes walk from Tuas West Road MRT)
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm (Alternate Saturday off)
