Our client is a well‑established engineering solutions provider supporting the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industries across Asia. They are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to support their finance team.

It’s an excellent opportunity for someone meticulous and eager to gain hands‑on experience in a stable corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in keying supplier invoices into the system and verify them with supporting documents.
  • Match staff claim forms with supporting documents and input them into the system.
