We are Singapore’s leading one-stop marine galley equipment supplier, specializing in a wide range of products like kitchen & galley equipment, household appliances and laundry equipment. We are looking for candidates who are resourceful and dedicated to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily sales orders, purchase orders and posting of invoices
• Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain inventory records
• Process expense claim reimbursement
• Answer incoming phone calls and enquiries
• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing and scanning of documents
• Assist in sourcing of goods using online platform like Shopee, Taobao
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience
• Possess Nitec / GCE ‘O’ level qualification
• Meticulous and detail oriented. Friendly disposition

Information:

• Location: 120 Pioneer Road #03-03 Singapore 639597 (5 minutes walk from Tuas West Road MRT)
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm (Alternate Saturday off)
