Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage Work Permit Applications and coordinate necessary information.
  • Complete and manage hiring documentation like service agreements.
  • Coordinate caregiver onboarding including insurance arrangements.
  • Liaise with external partners for medical reports and transportation.
  • Ensure timely follow-up in the hiring process.
  • Handle special cases and escalate issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities: What You\'ll Do

As an Admin Assistant, you will support families and caregivers through the challenging process of hiring a caregiver for their elderly loved one. You will be a crucial point of contact, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for all parties during this stressful transition from hospital to home.

  • Manage Work Permit Applications: You will handle all aspects of work permit applications, including coordinating with employers to collect necessary information, submitting applications, and providing advice on related matters.
  • Complete Hiring Documentation: You will prepare and manage key documents such as service agreements, job offer letters, and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate Caregiver Onboarding: You will perform administrative tasks to onboard new caregivers, including arranging insurance, collecting signed declaration forms, and processing placement fees.
  • Liaise with External Partners: You will communicate with overseas agents and local third parties to arrange medical reports, flights, and transportation for caregivers.
  • Ensure Timely Follow-up: You will proactively follow up with employers and caregivers to ensure all steps in the hiring process are completed on time.
  • Handle Special Cases: You will escalate any issues or matters that fall outside of the standard hiring procedures.
