Overview

We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong people skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role involves customer support, order processing, administrative tasks, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Communication: Strong people skills—approachable, empathetic, patient, and a good listener. Able to communicate effectively with business associates, customers, and internal teams. Handle local and overseas customers, gaining knowledge of international sales.
  • Order Processing & Coordination: Process daily customer orders and liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer support.
  • Administrative & Project Support: Maintain and uphold regular job tasks with strong soft skills. Handle projects in Singapore and overseas (if any). Ensure office operations are not disrupted by delays or inefficiencies. Perform other assignments as allocated by the supervisor.
  • Workplace Commitment & Ethics: Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Ensure regular attendance and punctuality—both are important prerequisites. Take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in customer support and/or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting entries is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Work Schedule
  • Working: Mon to Fri (8.00am to 6pm), Sat (8.00am to 12.30pm)
