Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken) is mandatory.
  • Minimum GCE O/N Level or equivalent; candidates with relevant experience also welcome.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic MS Office or software knowledge.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales and operations team

  • Handle customer service enquiries and communication in Tamil & English

  • Issue invoices, update accounts receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments

  • Prepare and segregate invoices for daily delivery

  • Enter data using simplified company software

  • Coordinate and prepare daily delivery documentation

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM

  • Rotational Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:30/2:30PM (Rotational Saturdays off)
