About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Account Assistant [Immediate] to join our team at Air-Abda (S) Pte Ltd in the Changi East Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing
  • Handle AP matters like payment and invoice processing
  • Handle AR matters like cash and cheques collection processing
  • Data entry
  • Assist in debtors control
  • Assist in preparing reports e.g. GST, debtors aging etc
  • General administration duties
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior
