Job Description

• Liaise with various statutory board, government department (i.e,HDB,PUB,MOM etc) and sub-contractors to ensure smooth executive works.
• Resolve public concerns/feedbacks/complaints relating to project.
• Organize and co‑coordinate both planning and ad‑hoc rectification works in the upgrading precinct.
• Assist Project Manager in all other documentations.
• In charge all public relation duties and customers enquiries.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports, weekly updates, and other materials as when required.
• Promote positive relationship with stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Hardworking, helpfulness, independent, initiative and teamwork.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering -Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Only Singaporean and PR. Must possess at least "O" level.
