Job summary
A retail company in Singapore is seeking a team supervisor to oversee retail assistants, manage sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. Candidates must be willing to work on a retail schedule and possess excellent communication skills. The role also includes inventory management, processing payments, and handling customer refunds. - Supervising a team of retail assistants.
- Responsible for sales and inventory management.
- Process customer payments and handle refunds.
Skills
- Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
- Responsible for the sales of your category of products
- Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
- Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
- Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally
- Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
- 1 weekday off
- Training will be provided.
- Commission. Estimated about S$500 and above. Commission will be given based on personal sales
