A leading digital transformation company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Professional to drive opportunities in the Wealth Management and Private Banking sectors. The ideal candidate will carry their own sales quota and manage large software agreements. Responsibilities
  • Carry your own sales quota within the Asia sales team, delivering digital transformationopportunities with net-new customers in the Wealth Management and Private Banking sectors in Singapore and Hong Kong;
  • Set objectives based on your quota and plan accordingly to achieve targets, leveragingBackbase's leading solutions in this niche market;
  • Build relationships and create opportunities with new and existing customers, focusingon enterprise SaaS software tailored for Wealth Managers and Private Banks;
  • Work in a flexible, informal, and fast-paced environment that empowers you to grow as a sales professional;
  • Report directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales.

You will build close relationships with your customers to understand their business drivers andestablish buy-in at all levels (sales management, delivery leads, and senior/executivemanagement). Identify and qualify new sales opportunities with Wealth Managers and PrivateBanks, effectively running a sales cycle to reach and exceed your goals.

Scope
  • A quota-carrying role where you identify and close opportunities for Backbase businessprimarily with net-new customer accounts in Wealth Management and Private Banking;
  • Manage and close large software agreements ($2M+ ARR);
  • Forecast and manage net-new opportunities from identification to close;
  • Lead customers towards value-focused digital strategies tailored for wealthmanagement;
  • Establish a trusted advisor role with wealth managers and private banking customers;
  • Aggregate requirements from customers to craft business cases for investments indigital transformation;
  • Support Backbase's goal of building leadership in digital solutions for wealthmanagement.
