With operations in markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and China, the company combines regional scale with strong local expertise to deliver integrated solutions including vendor-managed inventory, digital procurement, safety audits, and on-site services.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and margin growth within customer accounts by meeting and exceeding business measures, including EBIT and working capital.
  • Develop and implement Key Account Management Plans that improve both short-term and long-term financial performance.
  • Oversee and monitor customer service agreements to ensure all contractual KPIs (such as cost savings obligations) are achieved or exceeded.
  • Manage smooth daily operations, including updated pricing structures for assigned customer accounts.
  • Monitor programs, analyze data and trends, and conduct regular performance and business reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the organizations brand reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales policies and procedures.
What It Takes
  • Bachelor5s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in key account management, delivering exceptional supply chain consultation and customer service.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex problems.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to foster effective cross-team partnerships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
