Since inception, Moneythor has set a mission for itself to make digital financial services more relevant, more personal and to wipe out the myth that you cannot get great financial insights when you visit your financial institution online.

Moneythor is headquartered in Singapore and with presence in London, Paris, Tokyo, Dubai, and further expansion in progress. Our solution is currently used by financial institutions in Asia-Pacific, Japan, Europe, Middle East, and the Americas.

OVERVIEW

As a Sales Manager at Moneythor, you will be responsible for driving new sales and expanding our customer base in the LATAM region. Based in Mexico, you will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of qualified leads, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. This is an individual contributor role where you will leverage your networking skills, strategic partnerships, and deep understanding of the Moneythor solution to translate its value into compelling propositions for potential customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LATAM region to expand Moneythor’s customer base.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging marketing initiatives.

  • Sales Execution: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value of Moneythor’s solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Networking & Partnerships: Develop and leverage a strong network of industry contacts and strategic partnerships to generate leads and create new business opportunities.

  • Consultative Selling: Gain a deep understanding of the Moneythor solution and effectively tailor its pitch and benefits into value propositions to the specific needs of potential customers.

  • Market Representation: Represent Moneythor at industry events, conferences, and webinars, delivering presentations and engaging with prospects to build brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and product, to ensure a cohesive approach to new business development and to tailor solutions to meet prospect needs.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce). Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Market Understanding: Have a deep understanding of the LATAM market, including cultural nuances and business practices, to effectively engage with prospects and tailor sales strategies.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally within financial services or fintech.

  • Proven ability to manage and close mid-to-large size deals involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).

  • Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
