Our Client is a leading supply chain and logistics management specialist. They are currently looking for a Sales Executive (Freight & Warehouse) to be based in their Changi Logistics Centre. This is a 100% hunting role.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively hunt for and secure new business in logistics and warehousing.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Requirements & Preferences

  • At least 3 years of hunting in sales within freight forwarding & warehousing systems
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with no commission scheme and doing outdoor sales when required

(Advantageous)

  • Existing client network in freight is a strong advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of the S.E.A. logistics and transportation market.
