Job summary

A multinational company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating client business requirements, addressing inquiries timely, and providing operational support. Applicants should hold a diploma or degree in Business and have 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields. This full-time position offers a competitive salary with benefits and operates from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of client’s business requirements ensuring good service levels.

  • Advise clients on delivery schedule and inventory availability.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet operational requirements.
  • Provide business reports to Management and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day coordination of all aspects of client’s business requirement ensuring consistent and good service level are delivered to clients.
  • Provide customer service support by corresponding to attend client’s enquiries and requirement on order information/status, quotation, shipping, etc with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Advising client on delivery schedule and inventory availability.
  • Work closely with all cross-functional teams to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met and/or manage client expectations.
  • Provide business reports to Management and client on a weekly/monthly basis.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in customer service/order management.
