Key Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in sales evaluation and portfolio management within the road construction and civil engineering sectors
- Conduct market research to identify and assess new sales opportunities
- Develop sales strategies in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Prepare sales quotations and support the full due-diligence process, ensuring all relevant factors are thoroughly evaluated
- Manage sales projects and collaborate closely with stakeholders to design effective sales structures
- Assess business opportunities by building sales models and performing valuation analyses
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing portfolio companies to ensure alignment with sales growth targets
- Collect, update, and analyse data; perform sales modelling; and track model accuracy by comparing projections with actual outcomes
- Work closely with project, operations, and finance teams to achieve shared sales goals
- Oversee timely and professional collection of customer payments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date transaction records
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, designers, and contractors to secure repeat business and referrals

Qualifications
- Min. diploma in Engineering or related field
- Min 2 years experience, preferred in road construction, building, civil engineering, e-commance
- Experience with sales project management and development with a sales analysis mindset and knowledge
- Familiarity with financial analysis and sales investment strategies; good technical skills and comfortable with number crunching
