Job Summary

As a Vice President in the ICAM team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for J.P. Morgan’s engagement with its largest and most sophisticated investor clients. You will lead initiatives that enhance global connectivity and drive business growth across Markets & Securities Services. Your strategic insights and leadership will support Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs) in delivering value to our priority institutional clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Lead high-level client interactions and engagements, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and AI/LLM technologies to generate actionable insights and drive efficiency in client management.
  • Foster collaboration across global teams and lines of business to ensure seamless client service and information flow.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including the development of client-specific publications and strategic briefings for senior management.
  • Drive innovation in client management processes, utilizing technology and data to enhance client intelligence and partnership efforts.
