Role Overview

The main goal of this role is to sell coffee beans and machines by proactively reaching out to new prospects and nurturing long‑term customer relationships. You will be the face of our company, introducing our products to businesses through cold calls, walk‑ins, and showroom visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell coffee beans and coffee machines directly to businesses.
  • Proactively engage in cold calling and cold walking into offices, shops, and F&B outlets.
  • Distribute samples, explain product benefits clearly, and secure follow‑up meetings.
  • Invite prospects to our coffee machine showroom for demonstrations.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up consistently with customers to close deals and build relationships.
  • Provide daily updates and reports to your superior on activities and results.
  • Manage your schedule, appointments, and customer follow‑ups independently.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience (F&B, office solutions, or related B2B preferred).
  • Confident in cold calling and face‑to‑face sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to manage your time well.
  • Must be experienced in customer follow‑up and relationship management.
  • Bonus: Possess a valid car driving license (for easier client visits).
