- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in global shipping markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers and maritime partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams—including technical, operations, and commercial—to ensure client satisfaction
- Background in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related fields is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently overseas
