Job summary

A leading design consultancy based in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to formulate strategic plans for client acquisition in the commercial office interior design sector. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include building rapport with clients, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. Immediate onboarding is available.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in commercial office interior design or equivalent.
  • Strong sense of ownership with ability to manage multiple deals.
  • Ability to meet customer visit targets and timely report submission.

  • Expand clientele base through active acquisition of new clients
  • Draw up networking proposals customized to individual sector
  • Liaise between clients, designer and other parties leading up to the project, ensuring client’s requirements are met and exceeded
  • Prepare sales and marketing proposals
  • Assist in organizing sales and marketing events
  • Achieve and Deliver Sales Target
  • Ensure all drawings and proposals are generated on time
  • Support in all aspect of Sales activities
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships
  • Gather and assess customer feedback and complaints for management analysis.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably sales experience in commercial office interior design or equivalent
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with ability to formulate sales and business development strategies
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple deals in a pipeline end to end
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers and gather market information
  • Self-disciplined with an ability to meet ambitious customer visit targets and submit reports on time
  • Team oriented character, able to achieve individually and contribute to team’s achievement
  • Active listening skills and proactive communication in verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
