Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand clients’ needs and propose suitable services and solutions.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies and plans.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years preferred) in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the market and regional experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
