Location: Singapore / Regional (SEA + China)

Department: Sales & Export

Reports To: Group Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead international sales expansion across Asia, focusing on export markets and strategic retail partners.
  • Build and manage distributor relationships, negotiate trading terms, and monitor sales performance.
  • Develop country-specific go-to-market strategies for Company’s brands (NutriRootz, Sweet Harvest, RootzFuel, Frozt, etc.).
  • Attend international exhibitions and trade shows to promote brand presence.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pricing structures, and profit analyses.
  • Work closely with logistics and finance to ensure smooth export operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of regional export or international sales experience.
  • Strong network within FMCG, F&B, or wellness industries.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin and regional languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and intercultural communication skills.
