Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager in UPS & Microgrid, you will be responsible for planning, marketing, and selling Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems for Data Centers and Photovoltaic/BESS systems for Microgrid solutions in the Southeast Asia region. You will develop new business models focusing on project tendering, collaborating with Data Center developers and consultants for both Singapore and regional markets. Your role will involve providing a point of contact, marketing, and technical support to customers, with the objective of achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with customers and end users.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead UPS Data Center project tendering in the region, formulating pricing and product/solution strategies for successful business and tendering outcomes.
• Plan and market Microgrid sales of division products in Malaysia, other Southeast Asia countries, and Pacific Islands.
• Size various BESS systems for UPS and Microgrid solutions.
• Provide design and technical proposals/advice for Microgrid systems and UPS in preparation for tender documents.
• Offer technical support/advice to the Project Team during project execution.
• Conduct market surveys, analyze market solutions, and identify marketing opportunities.

Your Skills:

• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies that optimize costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• In-depth understanding of UPS and Microgrid systems, with the ability to provide technical support and advice.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and pain points, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Ability to conduct market surveys, analyze data, and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements.

Your Profile:

• Possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in Sales.
