A dynamic food and beverage company based in Singapore is seeking a marketing professional to develop and execute strategies for growing delivery sales across various platforms. The role includes managing partnerships with delivery apps, analyzing data to improve marketing initiatives, and implementing customer retention programs. The ideal candidate should have strong digital marketing skills, be fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and collaborate effectively with different departments. Flexible working hours and travel for training to China are required.
Jobs Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow delivery sales across all platforms.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
Plan promotional calendars based on seasonal demand and business goals.
2. Platform Management (Food Delivery Apps)
Manage relationships with delivery platforms (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo).
Strategize and negotiate platform promotions, ad placements, and visibility campaigns.
Optimize menu listings, photos, pricing, and platform SEO to maximize conversion.
3. Campaign Execution
Plan and launch online promotions, bundle deals, and limited-time offers to boost orders.
Coordinate with graphic designers, store teams, and operations to ensure campaign accuracy.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies in real time.
4. Digital Marketing & Branding
Create and manage marketing content for delivery channels, including banners, landing pages, and social posts.
Ensure all delivery-related branding and messaging are consistent with company standards.
Work with influencers or content creators when needed.
5. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
Track KPIs such as order volume, conversion rate, ROI, CAC, and customer retention.
Analyze user data to segment customers and personalize promotions.
Produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
6. Customer Growth & Retention
Develop strategies to increase new customer acquisition and repeat purchases.
Implement loyalty programs, voucher strategies, and remarketing campaigns.
Identify root causes of customer churn and develop improvement plans.
7. Cross-Department Collaboration
Coordinate with operations, central kitchen, delivery team, and store managers to ensure campaign readiness.
Work closely with finance and procurement on promotion budgeting and cost control.
Support product launches with targeted marketing campaigns on delivery platforms.
8. Budget & Cost Management
Manage marketing budgets for delivery channels, ensuring optimal ROI.
Review campaign costs, discounts, and platform fees to control expenditures.
Flexible working hours; willingness to travel to China for training and study; Mandarin Chinese is required.
