We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to oversee daily store operations, maintain optimal inventory levels, and drive overall sales performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, good product knowledge, and the ability to manage purchasing and stock replenishment efficiently.
1. Sales & Store Operations
Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues.
Monitor store cleanliness, product display, and merchandising standards.
2. Inventory Management
Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
Identify low-stock items and coordinate timely product purchasing.
Oversee stock receiving, checking, and proper storage of goods.
Work with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and competitive pricing.
3. Purchasing & Supplier Relations
Negotiate with vendors on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Source new products or suppliers when beneficial.
Maintain purchasing records and monitor market price trends.
4. Reporting & Planning
Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and shortage analysis.
Plan monthly sales strategies and promotions to increase revenue.
Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.
5. Team Leadership
Train and guide new staff on product knowledge and store workflow.
Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Prior experience in retail, sales, or store management.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and make decisions.
Basic computer knowledge (POS system, Excel, email).
