Role Mission

As a Fashion Stylist (Team Leader), you will be working to develop high-end clientele for Loewe in Singapore, boosting of elevated pieces, anchor, develop and promote the unmissable fashion side of our Maison. This position reports directly to Store Director.

Responsibilities

Sales and CRM

• Develop high-end clients, acts as a personal shopper, sell and support the growth of RTW, shoes
• Understand and having the outreach to the lifestyle of high-end clients (tracked experience and engagement with relevant level of clients)
• Great RTW seller with strong styling skills, fashion sense and high taste level, able to sell elevated pieces
• Support styling and clienteling during events
• Yearly travel to international styling seminar and conference with all Fashion Stylist across Loewe

Team Coaching

• Transmit the passion of styling, the fun to work with pieces, work in total look, make the fitting moment a playful time for the client
• Knowledge transfer to team to understand the Loewe style and adapt their proposals within the Loewe frame
• Support Management with delivering training and coaching to the team

Other roles

• Exemplify and share our brand history and heritage to the team and clients
• Perform as a team player, participating and collaborating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
• Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner; front and back of house
• Support with inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience on luxury fashion
• Strong passion in luxury fashion with RTW focus, client centric mindset and strong business vision
• Daring personality, great communicator
• Strong implication, exemplariness
• Ability to transmit,lead and inspirethe passion for fashion and styling skills while remaining business oriented
• Experience working with and leading a diverse, dynamic team
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills
• Results driven with a commercial mindset without compromising on the Team Player attitude
