A leading hospital in Singapore is seeking a Speech Language Therapist specializing in pediatric caseloads to assess and manage communication disorders. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, educating patients and caregivers, and engaging in departmental operations and staff development. You will specialise in paediatric caseloads (0-18 years of age) in the inpatient and outpatient setting. You will assess and manage communication and swallowing disorders in paediatrics, and evaluate and shape assessment and management practices. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality patient care, provide education to patients, caregivers and other healthcare professionals, as well as engage in research activities. Other job duties include, involved in managing daily operations and department resources, and contribute towards staff development. You will also be involved in implementing the department's initiatives and programmes.
