We are looking for a highly capable and driven Sales General Manager to lead our sales division and spearhead business expansion. This role carries heavy responsibility and requires someone who can operate independently, manage full sales operations, and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage overall sales performance across car sales, rental, and related services
  • Oversee business expansion strategies and execute growth initiatives
  • Handle all sales documentation, rental matters, and customer agreements
  • Manage and follow through on accident claims, insurance matters, and LTA processes
  • Supervise and ensure quality of all repairs and workshop operations
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth company operations
  • Prepare and analyse weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Ensure targets are met and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Overseas travel may be required for business operations and expansion
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, car rental, or workshop management
  • Strong leadership ability and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
